Difference between good and great designers

T.S. Eliot book; The Sacred Wood: Essays on Poetry and Criticism (1920) says, “Immature poets imitate; mature poets steal”, and then a number of debatable instances where Pablo Picasso and then later Steve Jobs saying “good artists copy and great artist steal.” Here’s a nice find which describes 9 skills between a good and a great designer.
